Helping Mama in the Kitchen

Jackson is getting a little more needy in terms of having to have you in sight at all times.  He will still play on his own, but he likes to be able to look up and affirm that Mama is right there every few minutes.  As Jackson is reliable to sit and play without falling over, I now can let him play on the hardwood floor without constant attention.  While I was making a batch of baby food, Jackson played with some measuring cups, a bowl and a wooden spoon.  

However, as he is now into throwing all toys out of his own reach, he soon needed something new to play with.  He scooted towards the open trash can and became obsessed with pushing it almost closed, letting is slide back open and then repeating the processes over and over again.
