A Collection of Everyday Life

Last week we went to the doctor for Jackson's 4 month check-up and booster shots.  Jackson did great and showed the doctor how strong he is!  He now weighs almost 16 pounds and is 25 inches long, putting him in the 50th percentile in every category.  His sleep patterns change every few weeks, but he is currently waking about twice each night to feed.  The doctor said we can start weening him off his nighttime feeds and getting him to sleep through the night.  We also can start introducing him to food at the first sign that he isn't getting enough from breastmilk...however, he's yet to show any signs of missing calories from meals.  Oh that "JUICY" little boy!!

Jackson experienced his first election experience when he went with Mommy and Daddy to vote!  Go America!!

He's becoming so much more independent and interactive during playtime.

We are trying to discourage the thumb sucking, but he sure does love chopping on fingers!

Jackson got to go to Daddy's work for a Thanksgiving party and meet the giant elephant!  Makes him look so little!
